Here’s to 76 different wines that took us around the world by gracing our dinner table in 2021. In total, my wife Lis and I consumed more bottles than this due to repeats while sticking to one glass each per meal, with exceptions for special occasions, of course. Included is our 2022 New year's Day Spanish cava — organic, no less — the way forward! To make this collage I photographed each bottle the day after consuming, either on our back deck or by window light (depending on weather), then combined all into one picture using an extinct version of Picasa still on my old MacBook.
