Off to the Races

Saturday night, and a group of us headed for Woodbine Mohawk Park in Campbellville (Ontario, Canada). While cozily ensconced in the dining area overlooking the finish line, we ate, drank, placed bets and watched as a perfectly sunny, dry evening turned into rain and mud for the standardbred harness racing. But riders and horses just kept going.
