Aaron Post is passionate about orchard farming, literally immersing himself in his work. So what better name for his fledgling business than Tall Post Cider? (He is sorta tall.) It takes 11 years to produce income from an apple orchard. You need smarts to succeed. Aaron says 102 acres of honey crisp have financed the business. He puts that same verve into small batch craft ciders. And he has big plans for growth of the cidery and farm into an agricultural park.
